We had four people, so it fit our needs perfectly! The rooms are super clean,spacious and big.I would appreciate stay here.The people were very friendly,the staff was great and the hotel was very nice....more
It is a Clean Place for Family.I stayed at the Comfort Inn recently with my wife and teenage daughter. We were made welcome from the moment we walked in the door by the friendly staff.It was the perfect base for touring the city.The rooms are new, VERY clean and well appointed. And what comfortable beds!I will recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely stay here again....more
Guestrooms have air conditioning, refrigerators, and microwaves; rooms also include free local calls.We were so lucky to get to stay in this hotel.The location was at franklin park is quite comfortable to stay at this place. Nice, well maintained overall....more
We stay at the Comfort Inn few times a year and always satisfied.The rooms are very clean and the pool has always crystal clean ,warm water.The staff is well informed about the area and always attentive ,ready to help you.We will definitley stay here again....more

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room clean and extra accommodating. My room had a huge bathroom – the biggest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. This location is conveniently close to O’Hare. The shuttle driver Tom is not only extremely punctual (he was there early to take me for my super early flight), but also very friendly, and got me to the airport in great time. There is also free Wi-Fi, free continental breakfast and an exercise room and indoor swimming pool,which is great for these winter months. I would definitely choose to stay here again – you can’t beat the price for the value you get!!...more
I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Franklin Park for about three days. The service was excellent. There was a complimentary breakfast every morning that consists of waffles, bagels, cereal, muffins, cookies, coffe, OJ, etc. The hotel has an indoor pool as well as a fitness center. The rooms were perfect for the price. I slept comfortably every night. The staff was great and very kind. The location is close to the airport, near shopping, and only about 20 minutes or less to downtown Chicago and several Malls. It is pretty much just minutes from anywhere! I would reccommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Chicago and remain close to the airport at an affordable price or to anyone who lives in the nearby area and needs a hotel stay for whatever reason. I don't think you will be dissappointed....more
