en we travel. This one looks like it has been remodeled recently and the entire property well maintained. Rooms are small and spotless. Bathroom (room 215) has granite tiled bathroom with clean thirsty towels. This hotel is located within walking distance from great budget restaurants. Also a short drive from Monterey . Rooms are well insulated, no or little, traffic noise.
For someone who is looking for clean budget accomodations this is a gem....more

el staff was quite helpful and friendly.The rooms were very clean and new, with excellent bath tub. The room furniture was more comfortable than in most motels, with decent working desk and chairs.There's is a large shopping area in close proximity, and Monterey centre is accessible within less than 10-minutes ride.
All to all, I greatly recommend this motel due to its high room quality and moderate price, compared to other lodgings in Monterey....more
